News:
Hens Rescued! On Sunday 22nd August, Sandfields farm became home to 40 ex battery hens. These hens had come to the end of their commercial lives and were heading for slaughter. So we rescued just them just in time! These birds will now be ranging free, producing lots of wonderful eggs!
Turkey poults are for sale from the 16th August. Please book early as limited supply.
I know its early....but due to the popularity of last years christmas turkeys we are taking orders now! White and bronze available from 10lb > 22lb oven ready.

Smoked Chicken Breasts
Smoked chicken breasts are now on sale at the farmers market. Really tasty and fantastic in sandwiches and salads. Perfect for the summer!
Chicken processing workshop: 26th September 11am
Dress and dispatch.
These workshops are aimed at smallholders and anyone interested in learning how to process their own chickens for their consumption. Run with the help of Jude Scott at Cotswold Chickens, the next course will be taking place on 26th September. The course will last between 2 and 3 hours and cost £60 for a single or £80 for a couple. Tea, coffee and homemade cake will be available at the halfway point of the course. Please wear suitable clothing, no open toe shoes and bring a pinny.
Limited to 6 people per course so book early to avoid disappointment.
