Happy New Year!! Thank you to all our customers for an excellent 2011. Good luck to everyone in 2012. Sandfields farm will be taking a small break this winter and will be back in the spring. Chicken processing workshop: Next date coming soon Dress and dispatch. These workshops are aimed at smallholders and anyone interested in learning how to process their own chickens for their consumption. Run with the help of Jude Scott at Cotswold Chickens, the next course will be taking place in the new year. The course will last between 2 and 3 hours and cost £65 for a single or £95 for a couple. Tea, coffee and homemade cake will be available at the halfway point of the course. Please wear suitable clothing, no open toe shoes and bring a pinny.
